The submission deadline for all posters is Friday, April 26th. If you plan to present a poster at this year's meeting, you will be asked to enter your poster's title, authors, and abstract during the registration process. Plain text (.txt), rich text (.rtf), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), and Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) are acceptable file formats for your abstract. The maximum poster size is 48 inches wide x 36 inches tall and a poster template is provided as a Microsoft PowerPoint file (see link below).
Students and postdocs who register for the meeting and submit a poster by Friday, April 19th will have their registration fee waived. The registration fee for students and postdocs increases to $50 after April 19th. During registration process, each student/postdoc with a poster can opt-in for the opportunity to give an oral presentation of their poster contents. One student and one postdoc will be nominated by the GLDMDG steering committee to give oral presentations. Each nominated presenter will receive a travel award of $250 to cover expenses. Posters must be submitted by Friday, April 19th to be considered for an award. Nominated presenters will be notified by a GLDMDG committee member no later than Friday, April 26th.
